IP Water Ingress Test Equipment
A stainless-steel test solution compliant with
IP water ingress standards, with closed-loop water recirculation, adjustable
flow rate, and an integrated turntable.
It runs the full IPX1/X2/X3/X4/X5/X6 ingress test range. Test fittings can easily be swapped by hand to match the test being run.
The machine has two main parts: the test chamber and the standoff tube.
The test chamber is built from stainless chrome sheet. It consists of a watertight reservoir and a turntable for mounting the test specimen. Table diameter (Ø350–Ø500 mm) is set to customer specification. Interior lighting and a plexiglass cover allow the test to be observed from outside.
The standoff tube is 400 mm in diameter and 2,5 m long. A flow meter and a manual valve set the water flow. A crank handle adjusts the height to suit the product under test. It is used for IPX5/X6 water jet tests.
Device moves and locks into place with little effort.
