The BALLASTCO-PVL-480 PV Laminator is an industrial lamination system designed to combine glass, EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), solar cells, and backsheet layers into a single module during solar panel production. It uses vacuum, heat, and controlled pressure to create a reliable and consistent lamination process.

Its advanced heating design provides high temperature uniformity across the surface, while the powerful vacuum infrastructure and PLC-based control system help ensure stable and repeatable process management.

With automatic operating modes and a user-friendly touchscreen HMI, the PVL-480 is easy to operate in day-to-day production. Its PID-based temperature control maintains stable heat distribution across the working area, helping the EVA encapsulation material cure under optimal conditions.

The system is built to handle different module structures, including standard glass-backsheet and glass-glass modules, as well as a variety of composite materials. The lamination area can also be customized to meet customer requirements, giving manufacturers flexibility for different panel dimensions.
